- Change over is on Saturdays and guests are asked to vacate by 10 am with access after 4 pm.
- These rates are for up to 8 guests and include electricity and heating costs including logs in winter.
- All bed linen, duvets and towels are provided.
- Premium for more than 8 guests: £25.00 to £50.00 per person per week depending on season, please enquire.
- A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required on booking and the final payment is due 8 weeks before arrival.
- There is also a good housekeeping deposit of £150.00 that is payable before you depart and which is returnable at the end of the visit provided there is no damage or breakages.
- A cot and high chair are available on request and midweek, weekend, Xmas and New Year bookings are possible.
- Pets welcome by arrangement.
